Hi, I’m Flo, founder of The Easy Flow Life.

As a former corporate operator managing multimillion and billion dollar portfolios, I know how to lead with clarity in complex environments. Alongside that, I’ve helped launch businesses from scratch, scale lean teams, and manage the kind of behind the scenes work that allows real growth to happen.

The Easy Flow Life was born from that experience and from a deep belief that leaders shouldn’t have to choose between being effective in business and functional in life.

In my previous roles, I often served as the hub: the person who could see across functions, identify priorities, and drive momentum forward. That lens shapes everything we do here. As a wife, a mother, and a natural dot connector, I bring resourcefulness and clarity to everything I touch. My team does too.

We support founders and executives through our Flow Method, delivering 360° executive support that blends professional and personal assistance seamlessly. Whether it’s managing a packed inbox, coordinating a client offsite, or planning a family trip you’ve been meaning to take for two years, we’ve got it.

Our goal is simple. We return a minimum of 5 to 10 hours a week to our clients; freeing them up to lead, grow, and think ahead.
